高樓層太熱，空調也不行，裝修還是比較老舊，一樓早餐廳水吧的大姐説話相當沒禮貌

蘇州高層不是很多，因此該酒店視野很不錯。
房間很大，廚衞俱全，還有辦公桌椅和舒服的沙發。還送了姑蘇歡迎禮包也很好
位置也很好，緊鄰地鐵站，小吃也不少。
稍微有一點不是很到位的是前台不是特別有服務意識，雖然彬彬有禮，但是又很明顯的戒備及距離感。
