有幸住在貴酒店，從網上找酒店，無意中找到了你們。價格299原計劃是住兩天的。後來在這酒店感受到了温暖的服務。又追加了一天，設施不算新，但進店以後從上到下的服務。讓我感受到了家的温暖。從第1天進門遇着搞衞生的餘大姐，噓寒問暖。樓層的服務確實棒，前台有個蘇小姐。看到我們帶着兩個孩子，積極主動上來問我們需要什麼幫助和小朋友互動。再次感到了酒店的温馨服務 到家後突然發現有個物品落到了酒店，正在着急的時候。前台小芳女士。給我打來了電話，主動聯繫我。把我遺落的物品寄了回來，謝謝，謝謝，再次。感謝你們所做的一切，下次去蘇州還會去你家。也祝你們工作愉快

酒店的馬路對面就是三香廣場地鐵站，交通很方便，地鐵站旁邊有肯德基等餐飲店，吃飯方便。這次是參加蘇州馬拉松入住酒店的，酒店主動延長了退房時間，酒店還提供了蘇州特色的小吃禮物，非常貼心。對參加蘇州馬拉松而言，酒店的位置兼顧了馬拉松的起點、終點和蘇州火車站，是個理想的選擇。
