雖然酒店設施有點老舊，但是每一次房間大姐收拾的很乾凈！而且每一次都擺上了安神香。出門就是十全街，週末人太多太多了有點亂糟糟的，可能到了旅遊季的原因

酒店很有歷史，是原來的杭州飯店。位置絕佳，門前就有碼頭，一出門左邊就是西泠橋，可步行到白堤；到印象西湖演出地點也就步行5分鐘。周邊風景如畫，美得不像話。設施老舊了一點，但很乾凈，服務特別好。每次來杭州都喜歡住這裏
