來蘇州出差選擇了這家酒店，前台辦理入住速度快的，體驗很好。
設施:酒店設施不錯，房間裝修西式風格，床墊很軟，很舒適
衞生:房間乾淨，奢華酒店應該有的樣子。
環境:園林式的環境很贊，早餐廳服務人員熱情，早餐種類豐富，有當地特色的蘇式麪條，酒店在市區，出行很方便，有機會再來入住！

酒店的地理位置非常優越，環境也非常好，客房服務需求響應很快，房間裝修是中式風格，很大氣，入住會提供歡迎水果，整個入住過程中工作人員都非常用心，早餐雖然品種不算多，有蘇州本地的特色麪條，母油鴨湯麪，早餐質量都非常好，退房前台退房速度也很快，停車方便，不收費，推薦入住~

入住澹台湖大酒店，環境舒適，空氣好，距離市中心也不遠，交通比較方便，1路公交車可以直達北寺塔、拙政園、蘇州博物館、觀前街等代表性景點，步行幾步便可以去獅子林、玄妙觀、平江路文化歷史街等。邊上是京杭大運河，從酒店走到邊上公園就幾分鐘時間，有健身步道，房間升級了豪華套房，可以直接看到運河景。一個樓層就幾間房間，比較安靜。酒店設施還有健身房和游泳池，停車免費，比較方便。性價比高👍完美體驗
酒店的母油鴨湯麪值得一品，另外，爆魚可圈可點。

酒店在東吳塔邊上，附近有龍湖天街，酒店整體的綠化覆蓋率高，住宿的房間是在酒店的西樓，套房的房間在二樓可以看到運河景觀。辦理入住快捷方便、退房也很快，服務還可以，酒店早餐的母油鴨湯麪是酒店的招牌面值得一試。
