環境挺好的～酒店服務很到位，很適合帶娃一起泡私湯。個人比較推薦複式帶私湯的房型，舒適又隱祕。早餐服務也很好，特別感謝前台小楊，服務很到位。很滿意的一次入住。

大年初二入住太湖温泉度假酒店 體驗感十分舒適 酒店位置非常好 面對太湖 晚上可以放煙花 。酒店有户外温泉泳池。這次訂的庭院私湯温泉♨️loft房型 樓下有榻榻米 樓上是大床房 庭院有地私湯温泉池 私密感非常好 酒店還配套了牛奶浴，海鹽，精油，面膜等 十分周到。特別感謝此次酒店管家小楊 有求必應 服務非常周到 會推薦朋友入住

服務：前台服務很好，提前加了微信，給我們升級了房間
環境：周邊面向太湖，游泳池、温泉都蠻乾淨的。
設施：温泉可以泡到晚上9點，温泉有5個池，特別喜歡硫磺池，温度基本在40度，很舒服

酒店超出了我的預期！
先説服務，一開始就有小管家小黃聯繫我，主動加了微信，告知我位置，以及入住的注意事項。對我留言的房型要求儘量滿足了。最最最貼心的是，我入住那天是有入住歡迎水果，入住後，小黃親自送來，還帶了一個蛋糕，因為……那天是我生日！🤗這是多麼細心的工作態度哦。後來再問他附近的吃飯，遊玩都給了很好的建議。真的是讓我心裏暖暖的。
再説酒店地理位置很方便，停車也很方便。
酒店環境還是不錯的，房間乾淨整潔，房間面積也夠大。空調很好用，不過有點聲音的。房間之間的隔音還是不錯的。
最後説説温泉，因為衝著它才選的這個酒店。總共4個湯池，水質看上去挺乾淨的，還配了泡湯茶，怕客人口渴，因為冬天的關係吧，泡湯的人不多，而且她們衹對內，所以相對來説幽靜，不像煮餃子一樣。
唯一需要改進的（個人認為），早餐吧，品種太沒特色，可能需要改進。總之，很好的一次體驗，再次謝謝管家小黃！👍👍👍👍

great little getaway for a night. We used the public hot springs, which had a good few to choose from and wasnt overcrowded. I would recommend to the hotel and other hot spring hotels, that they keep kids from splashing and to use the actual swimming pool even if its cold. Guests come to relax. Not to participate in hot spring kids swimming lessons. But everything else was good. There was also no restaurant available. We were taken on a short walk out of the hotel to a restaurant which seemed to be the only thing available. We only really went for the hot springs and luckily we had a private one that we could finally relax in. Would recommend.
