房間整潔、乾淨、衞生。酒店周邊環境優雅。配套設施齊全。酒店自己有很大的停車場，停車方便，自駕遊之首選。前台接待美女不但人漂亮，服務態度熱情且親切，我應該前一天晚上入住，但因為春節期間高速堵車，第二天早上才到，前台美女主動和攜程聯繫，不但讓我提前半天入住且訂單延遲一天，讓我這個北方人很是感動，也體現了蘇州人民對遊客的友好與親切。

位置很好，環境清幽，就是房間硬件設施稍有些陳舊，加上入住當地蘇州下雨，房間空調不是很給力，所以整體陰冷，房間內能提供電暖氣就更好了。
