酒店位置特別好，距離蘇州博物館、拙政園和北寺塔很近，走路到景點完全沒壓力。周圍還有軌道交通，晚上在觀前街溜達溜達都很好。酒店工作人員都很友好，服務熱情，總體來説性價比非常高。

服務很到位，很貼心，還有温熱礦泉水供應，浴衣都是消毒密封的，還有免費泡澡袋，洗手液和沐浴用品都很高級，不是那種三合一，這個超過了很多酒店，不吵鬧，很安靜，還有入駐小禮品，前台小哥哥和小姐姐超級貼心，還給送了水果，臨走前買了奶酪包忘記拿了，還幫忙快遞寄過來，，可以説真的很貼心了，附近好吃的特別多！不過人員超級多，要提前預訂，晚上週邊還有宵夜，非常奈斯，隔壁的雞蛋灌餅也超級好吃，
