房間燈光灰暗，有味道，不乾淨，舊裝修，毛巾硬，幸好自己帶了。酒店設施虛假，無健身房，乒乓球室破舊。最無語的服務態度，幾乎沒有什麼服務意識，前台姐姐一直在刷手機，愛搭不理。本人着急退費，房卡拉房間裏，前台慢條斯理導致我和家人在酒店走廊等了半小時。總之就是無語😑
