Located in a busy area (with a close access to all the attractions), this homestay offers a fantastic vibe of Suzhou. Love the room (spacious with all the modern facilities). Service is excellent, shout out to the reception. Highly recommend!

Hotel is very cozy and has every amenities we need. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. They provide free afternoon tea for us as well! Located walking distance from humble administrator’s court. Nice view within & around the hotel.

Location was great, large projector tv and easy to use. The staff were great and supportive. Clean and very comfortable.

Great location — just one stop away from the main Suzhou train station. Situated in the old city area, it’s within walking distance to many attractions and local eateries. The staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Keep in mind this is not a hotel, so adjust your expectations accordingly. That said, the price is very reasonable, and there aren’t many comparable options at this price point in the area.

Very friendly staff. They sent welcome messages before our arrival, detailing the transportation to the hotel. It was raining when we left, and the lady at front desk kindly offer us an umbrella. The location is close to attractions and foods. We can walk to museum, garden, and restaurants.

The hotel is in a very good location, about 200 meters east of Bao'en Temple, very close to Suzhou Museum, Humble Administrator's Garden and Guanqian Street. The hotel is very clean and the service staff are very enthusiastic. There is afternoon tea provided with four kinds of nuts and candied fruits. At the same time, the bathtub is equipped with a bathtub membrane, you can take a bath to relieve fatigue.

Located west of the Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove, the hotel is close and convenient for travel. The hotel has a courtyard and a small pavilion, which is beautiful at night and perfect for enjoying tea during the day. The room window overlooks the river, offering a nice view.

A must-rate review!!! This garden-style hotel is ideally located in Gusu District (Old Town), close to many attractions and within easy walking distance, with taxis also affordable. Great accommodation, very convenient to all attractions nearby. The subway is also very convenient. The room is very nice and the backyard view is very atmospheric. Unfortunately, I was woken up by the washing machine in the middle of the night.

Free electric scooter rentals: It's incredibly comfortable to ride an electric scooter around Humble Administrator's Garden at night. Guanqian Street is five minutes away, and Shizijie is ten minutes away. There are numerous shopping malls and takeout options, and you can even order milk tea here, which you can't find in Hangzhou. This newly opened hotel is very clean, with a washing machine, dryer, microwave, and everything else you need, including a smart toilet. The bedding and pillows are also very comfortable; I fell asleep the moment I touched them.

Facilities: I think this hotel is exceptional. The slippers, hair dryer, and toothbrush are superior to others. It's no exaggeration to say that the owner's dedication is evident the moment you use them. The amenities provided are all high-quality. Service: The two staff members, both male and female, were very friendly and helpful. They even helped carry luggage up to the second floor. Drinking water is readily available at the front desk. Suzhou can be quite hot, but this hotel has thoughtful touches. The smart toilets even have toilet stickers pre-installed, and the laundry room offers Blue Moon brand laundry detergent, which was a nice touch. Suzhou-style afternoon tea for two: The tea leaves were fragrant, and I loved the sunflower seeds served with the afternoon tea. Cleanliness: Very clean. I stayed for two nights and loved the bathroom. It was spotless. The cleaners were very friendly and helpful when I asked them to change the trash bags. They also provided supplies if I needed them. Minibar: When it was too hot, I could get Coke and Sprite, which was a real treat. This was a really nice touch. Overall, the owner and staff have truly put their heart and soul into running this hotel and providing excellent service. Highly recommended.

It was a very good accommodation experience. The room was clean and tidy. It is surrounded by the Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Grove, Suzhou Museum, Pingjiang Road, Guanqian Street, and is only a few hundred meters away. The transportation is also very convenient. Line 6 and Line 4 are just outside the door. The service is also very good.

This was a great stay. I spent a long time choosing this place online, and seeing all the good reviews, I decided to give it a try. It turned out to be the right choice. After the reservation was successful, the front desk staff called us, asked us a lot of questions, and helped us arrange the route to avoid getting lost. When we arrived at the B&B, the front desk lady and the owner were very welcoming, asking about our well-being and even offering us sour plum soup to cool us down. The B&B has its own courtyard, which is beautifully lit at night and a great place for taking photos. The room facilities are very new, and after staying in so many B&Bs, the hygiene of this one is impeccable, especially clean. It's only a few minutes' walk from Pingjiang Road, where the Humble Administrator's Garden Museum is located, and there are free electric carts available, which saved us a lot of taxi fares. To be honest, this place is a no-brainer! Everyone should give it a try.
