Facilities: As a hotel newly opened in 2025, all its facilities are brand new. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean, with a pleasant fragrance throughout the rooms and the entire hotel. Environment: The location is fantastic – very easy to find and conveniently close to several metro stations, yet the immediate surroundings are peaceful. The small alleyway leading to the hotel features a charming shop that constantly plays traditional Pingtan music, which adds a unique local flavor. I also really loved the hotel's distinctive Nanyang (Southeast Asian) style. Service: The staff were incredibly helpful and warm. The hotel offers complimentary snacks and drinks, and they even presented a small gift upon check-out, which was a lovely touch.

The guesthouse offers a wonderful array of amenities, including a Laifen hairdryer, body lotion, face masks, hand cream, an aromatherapy diffuser, disposable toilet seat covers, cute mosquito repellent, and a small lighted makeup mirror. The entire place is beautifully decorated in a vintage style. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and our room even featured a charming little balcony, which truly put me in a great mood! It makes me wonder if it's because Suzhou is such a popular tourist city that the quality of guesthouses and hotels here is consistently excellent. Inside the room, there's a mini-fridge stocked with chilled iced tea and Coke. Complimentary beverages include bottled water, as well as green and black tea bags. I was pleasantly surprised to find they also provided Pechoin face masks, compressed masks, and hand cream. Despite being located in an alley just off a bustling commercial street, the guesthouse is surprisingly quiet and peaceful. There's a charming small river with bridges nearby, perfect for taking photos. Guanqian Street, with its numerous qipao shops and local snack eateries, is just a short walk away. Right across the street, a shopping mall offers more retail therapy, and you can reach the cinema in just seven minutes to catch a movie!

I was extremely pleased with the hotel we chose for this trip. The facilities were excellent, complete with smart room features, and the cleanliness was outstanding. Every front desk staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is truly superb – it's very close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and finding great dining options. Plus, it's less than 100 meters from Guanqian Street, with plenty of fantastic restaurants right on the doorstep. A truly delightful travel experience!

We got an upgraded room, which was quite spacious and well-equipped, including a mini-fridge. The room also came with plenty of amenities. The location is great, being close to the subway and surrounded by many excellent dining options. Plus, the owner thoughtfully provided their personal recommendations for local food and attractions. Overall, a really good experience.

The location is fantastic and very easy to find, right at the entrance of Guanqian Street. The staff member proactively provided taxi drop-off instructions beforehand, which made it incredibly convenient for exploring local attractions and trying out street food. It's also quite close to the subway; on the second day, I took Line 6 directly from the Olympic Sports Center to a nearby subway station (about a 500-600 meter walk). The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and a proactive hello whenever we passed by. Plus, they had complimentary snacks and bottled water available for guests at the front desk, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spotlessly clean. Although a bit compact, it was incredibly well-equipped, featuring a large projection screen and a mini-fridge. The decor had a charming retro vibe, and there was even a small balcony, perfect for drying clothes. I especially loved the bright mirror, great for taking photos! What a pleasant surprise: the room also came with complimentary basic skincare products, including face masks and even steam eye masks! This was incredibly thoughtful.

The room was spotless and really cozy. The location couldn't be better! It's perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the Humble Administrator's Garden is just a short walk away. Even with kids, we found it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring on foot – everything was easily accessible. Getting anywhere was a breeze! Highly, highly recommend!

The front desk service was excellent from the moment we arrived until we checked out. As foreign guests, they were incredibly helpful with everything: from taxi information and subway directions to our specific room requests. Everything was just superb. The location was also fantastic, very close to the main tourist attractions, which made exploring Suzhou completely worry-free!

I arrived early, and since my reserved room wasn't ready yet, they generously offered a complimentary room upgrade. Despite being newly opened this year, the room had no unpleasant new-build smell. A great bonus was that the iQiyi screen mirroring came with a premium membership. The room was impeccably clean, and it was wonderfully quiet at night. Located right off Guanqian Street, it's a charming little courtyard, truly a tranquil oasis amidst the city's buzz. My room even had a small fish pond nearby, perfect for feeding the fish. The pillows and bedding were incredibly comfortable, and I really appreciated that the bed wasn't overly soft – I'm not a fan of those super plush mattresses. I would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area. As a side note, there's a bun shop nearby called 'Man Hao Ge' that's very popular with locals. Their signature vegetarian and meat buns are delicious – grab some and pair them with a bowl of soy milk from across the street for a perfect breakfast!

My one-night stopover in Suzhou was surprisingly delightful. Although not large, the hotel is exquisitely decorated. I arrived quite late that day, around 11 PM, but a lovely staff member still came out to greet me, instantly making me feel incredibly welcomed and warm upon my arrival in Suzhou. The hotel also provided a complimentary toiletries set, and when I left, they even gave a thoughtful little gift.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was excellent. The location is fantastic – Guanqian Street is just a short walk away, and transportation is very convenient. We had booked two different rooms for our two-day stay, and when it was time to switch, we were out. The staff went above and beyond, not only changing our room but also moving all our luggage for us.

The facilities are incredibly new and smart. The ambiance is exactly as pictured, with no discrepancies whatsoever – it's genuinely stunning! The retro Nanyang feel is perfectly captured, and my absolute favorite was the beautiful balcony. It's truly ideal for young travelers. The owner was wonderful; our luggage was quite heavy, and they proactively helped us carry it, which was a tremendous help. Location-wise, it's conveniently near the subway and easy to catch a taxi. Overall, a truly excellent accommodation experience. I'm looking forward to staying here again on my next business trip or vacation.

This hotel is an absolute gem, simply outstanding! 👍 The location is absolutely superb. Pingjiang Road is right across the street, and Guanqian Street is just behind, both bustling with fantastic dining, drinking, and shopping options. Yaba Shengjian (a famous local eatery) is a mere 300 meters away. Plus, getting to the Humble Administrator's Garden and Lion Grove Garden is incredibly convenient – just a 15-minute walk or a minimum-fare taxi ride. Most importantly, the hotel is impeccably clean, incredibly quiet, and beautifully decorated. Both the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful; they even upgraded our room for free, which was incredibly thoughtful given we were traveling with elderly family and children. And we could even feed fish right from our room – it was such a delightful and comfortable experience! This will absolutely be our top choice every time we visit Suzhou in the future, without a doubt!

Initially unsure how long I'd be staying in Suzhou, I booked the hotel for two days. We loved it so much that we immediately extended our stay for two more days, haha! The service was truly exceptional. As we were traveling with a child, we had various requests and requirements, but the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a lot of luggage, and the attendant even helped us manage it all. The rooms themselves were lovely, each with its own unique character. And the location! Absolutely fantastic – I can't imagine finding a better spot. It's wonderfully quiet yet incredibly convenient. The subway entrance is right outside, which is truly essential for sightseeing and getting around with ease when you're exploring a city. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. If I visit Suzhou again, I'll definitely be staying here, haha!
