走進賓館，煙味燻人，服務太差，定好的三層35m平的豪華套房1.80米大床＋1.2米小床。結果入店後説沒有了！糊弄我外地人給一間四層的三個1.20米小床！房間一點一點大，和網上看到的圖片完全不一樣！存在欺詐行為，請有關部門去調查一下。差評！差評！差評！太差！太差！太差！

客觀評價，入住的幾天還是不錯的，環境中上，比較安靜，衞生也過的去，保潔阿姨每天都是笑臉相迎。就是最後一天出現了非常不愉快的事情，退房的前一天和老闆打了招呼，要寄存行李，結果退房當天老闆不在，前台的阿姨不肯接納行李放在前台處，讓我把行李放在走廊，並説不承擔相應責任，旁邊一個大叔也説從來沒見我這樣的人……我不明白什麼意思，平台上註明了有行李寄存服務的呀，是沒見過我這樣要寄存行李的人麼？我向大叔説明平台寫着有行李寄存服務，他説他們這裡是賓館，不是酒店，好笑，酒店和賓館的區別在於硬件設施的差別，這項服務是他們自己註明了提供的……這不是出爾反爾麼……如果做不到，就不要這樣聲明，旅客都是在外奔波的人，很辛苦，去哪都要拖着沉重的行李，他們這麼做衹是為了減輕自己的工作壓力，避免出現相應的責任。當我向他們提出質疑時，那個大叔還説我説話難聽，難道我不該爭取這項服務的權益麼？我説以後工作出差到這裏，還要住的，並且同行們也都住這裏，所以行李寄存是必要的服務，他居然很直接的説不缺我這樣一兩個客人。我真是沒想到做服務行業的人居然能説出這樣**的話。

老闆人很好 到的時候已經凌晨兩點多了 老闆還在等待 房間也很乾凈 沒有異味 很大 位置離地鐵站五分鐘就走到了 出行也很方便
