酒店很新，管家小苗提前打了電話，準時準備了房間，到店後馬上能入住。房間設備齊全，吹風筒是戴森的，蘇式風格設計，很漂亮。地理位置也不錯，靠近觀前街。

第一次住萬科旗下的酒店有被驚喜到。自己本身是做酒店的所以每次住店會下意識的去看各種細節。 設施：房間雖然不大但是非常精緻。可以看出從洗漱用品，dyson 吹風機到房間配的咖啡手沖壺，茶具，選品都非常的用心。可能唯一美中不足的是咖啡沒有配淡奶衹有粉末伴侶。 衞生：有打掃的很乾凈。退房之後阿姨還幫我撿到了相機配的藍牙裝置然後管家立馬聯繫了問是不是我的，要不要一起放在寄存的行李裏。我自己都沒有注意説明阿姨有看房間的每個角落。 服務：離店時問前台附近有沒有郵筒可以投放明信片-看我趕路管家小陳很貼心的幫我收好了代投-而且住店離店管家好像都知道我需要些什麼所以還蠻加分。 酒店離觀前街非常近但不是在主街上所以多了一份清靜。地鐵站大約步行8分鐘。的士也可以到巷子口。 服務，設施的細節都很到位-合作的早餐店也環境優雅且非常有蘇州特色。總體來説非常滿意。

The hotel is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a great location, and the housekeeping staff is also very friendly. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay experience. Every time I stay at Youxiong, I am delighted. This one on Guanqian Street is in a very good location and is very new. Although it is a little small, it is a hidden gem in the Suzhou Hutong. Parking is a bit troublesome. I recommend the parking lot at Guanqian No. 1. You don't have to worry about having a lot of luggage. The service here is very good. The guy helped to pick up and drop off the luggage. The housekeeper Xiao Chen is very nice and thoughtful. I didn't have time to feel the sunshine on the wooden kang at the door with people having tea. I will leave it for next time.

非常有設計的小酒店，環境幽靜，服務熱情到位。下次來蘇州還會選擇，再去往別的城市會想看看有沒有有熊
