Nice hotel, quiet, and clean. Located near to cafés, restaurants, groceries...etc.
As a frequent traveller, I know that Korean people are nice and friendly because this is not my first visit. However, the reception staff are cold welcoming. When I did the check-in, I guess that the head of the reception was the one handing me the keys. His voice tone was loud and a bit irritating (not sure if this a cultural thing). The gentleman was talking to me as if I came from a cave. I felt annoyed but kept calm and quiet then told him that I'm from a civilised country. Surprisingly, his voice tone became quieter, and even he started talking politely.
I'm not sure what's happened but this kept me laughing afterwards.
Kim , Dain(김다인) who is front receptionist was very kind . She made us very comfortable during staying there. She's a excellent receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very nice man. We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony.
The room is clean, the front desk is nice, the internet speed is comfortable, the computer configuration in the room is also good, there is a knife-cut noodles restaurant downstairs that has a long queue. Overall it is okay, recommended

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
I was expected to have a nice stay at Marriott, however the reception person made me very disappointed to Marriott during the check in process.
Luckily, when I check out, the lady who was asking me ”if there's anything she can help?” It was just a regular Q&A section to her, but for me, she helped me to book the bus ticket to ICN and saved/helped me to had a nice day -- She was perfect to earn 100% points!
that's why I gave 3 points to Marriott while her colleague was not, this is balanced score...
However, what I felt on the first day arrival was horrible. Marriott, you need to think about your service attitude and the reason why you're Marriott?
The room was large and clean, and the cospa was good with microwave oven and refrigerator. However, I was quite confused at first as a self-check-in person who did not write self-check-in in the outline of the hotel. Also, there was a used toothpaste in the room, but I thought it was not hygienic.
The owner was a very nice person who was kind and sincere.
I think he upgraded the room to a higher grade because he lived in Japan, and the Japanese were doing well. I was lucky too. Thank you very much.
I was a little worried that the hot water didn't come out for a while, but I came out later and was comfortable to use it without any problems after that.
Good location to go around the center, while touring the surrounding restaurants
Good value for money for a drink and stay.
Large cars are narrow parking lots, but there are many public parking lots around.
There was no big inconvenience.
Convenient parking lot and very accessible to the city. There is a soft meal but I could see that it is well maintained in a well organized room.
The check-in time was early, so it was convenient to leave your luggage and look around. Close to a large mart and close to the subway, it is a good value for money hotel in many ways.
However, it was a little unfortunate that the hot water temperature was not enough. I'm going well.
