The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

Although located 3km from Hwaesong Fortress there were a couple of parks nearby. There was also a bar and restaurant street very close by with the subway station also just outside makes connecting to Seoul station hugely straight forward. Hotel itself was clean and comfortable.

Great size clean room (credit to the Cleaning staff), hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable big size bed, WiFi had great speed. City hall subway a short walk and bus stop directly outside. Plenty of restaurants close, lots of choices just a short walk away.

Did not use any facilities as only checked in at evening and checked out early morning next day. Service wise was good in terms of checking in time taken. Room is very much aged but for the pricing it is worth it. Good thing about the hotel is that there is a 7-11 right below the hotel linked to the lobby and so it was very convenient.

Hotel located in the middle of Suwon, near plenty of restaurants. Very convenient. Staff is nice and friendly and the breakfast is great!

Great location and reception is good. Wonderful area to eat and enjoy night life. The whole building is a high-end experience. Always have wondered views from the large windows.

I booked a place to stay in Suwon, which is a stopover for my trip! Since I was planning to mainly eat, I looked for a place where I could exercise, and the location was perfect for me, Inje-dong, and transportation was convenient. Above all, it was close to the terminal, and I thought it would be cost-effective, so I made a reservation and looked for reviews! However, my feelings were mixed! So I was a little worried, but I went there first, and they kindly took care of my luggage before checking in, and they were so kind and helpful when I checked in, which was great! However, since I was staying for one night, the room condition was the most important thing! I was so satisfied!!! And the bathroom... The water didn't drain right away when I showered, so the floor was slippery, but I was fine! And most of all, the gym was open 24 hours, so I was very satisfied, and I was able to exercise a little, so I was satisfied!! I also liked that there were many things to do nearby, so I plan to use it again if I come to Suwon again!

The bed is good. The cleanliness is perfect. I have rhinitis, so if the cleaning is not good, my nose gets blocked, but here I slept well with my nose unclogged. The room is spacious. I couldn't help but think, "Is this much space worth this price?" There were some cons, such as there being no bathtub, the hotel facilities were lacking, there were steps when getting on and off the elevator, and there was a lot of noise from the next room, and people talking in the hallway could be heard, but it's not bad.

The hotel I stayed in this time was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, which made me sleep well all night. I came here because I heard the hotel was quiet, but maybe it was only on the 20th floor... I booked the one remaining room in a hurry, so I got a quiet room on a high floor, but the cleaning ladies in front of room 2011 were taking out cleaning tools, making noise, thumping, and making noise. There was no soundproofing at all, and the windows were open. The sound of motorcycles and cars is no joke, as if you were sleeping with your door open, and you can hear minor noises in the hallway. Don't make a reservation for the 20th floor... The rooms have dark furniture and dark lighting. It is not suitable for reading books or doing work. Other than that, there is a restaurant across from the hotel and it's okay.
