Hotels near Buksuwon Spa Plex, Suwon

I go to a lot of accommodations, and it's the best value for money. It's the best I've stayed. However, one thing that is disappointing is that I stayed two nights in a row and had two different rooms. In both rooms, the bathroom drain did not drain, so the floor was filled with water from the Han River. That is a fatal flaw, so if you fix this, I will use it every time. Oh, and my boyfriend, who I stayed with, reacted to the volume buttons on the remote control. I'm complaining that it's too slow. Please fix this. Oh, I like the styler so much that I'm even willing to buy it.

First of all, there are many bars around, so if you plan and book accommodations for travel, it would be nice to think of it as an accommodation near a bar rather than a travel-style accommodation... I think the only advantage is that Suwon Station is less than a 5-minute walk😓

It might be a hassle to enter the room by pressing the password, but I thought it would be more convenient than carrying around a key or key card. Then, when I went to the room, a staff member wearing a uniform came out of the room. I wondered if they had just finished cleaning the room, so I asked if I could go in and entered. After that, I changed my clothes and sat on the bed looking at the room door (about 10 minutes after I checked in), and I heard the sound of pressing the password from the door, and a staff member wearing a uniform opened the door and came in. Our eyes met, and he left without any guidance or apology... I was surprised and angry. The reason I couldn't say anything that day was that there was no phone connected to the desk in the room, and there were many guests coming and going, and I was busy, so I just passed by. Is it because the staff members checking the room condition with the front desk don't share work or is it because of the system? Is it right for them to enter a room where guests are already present by pressing the password? The world is so dangerous that accommodation facilities need to be concerned about security and safety. It seems like this is not right... It seems like this needs to be checked and improved.

The room is small, but clean and tidy overall. The bathroom has a smart toilet. But no toiletries are provided, which need to be purchased at the front desk. Two bottles of ice water are provided free of charge in the room every day. There are different slippers in the room and bathroom. There are many places to eat and convenience stores around.

The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

This hotel surprised me a lot. First thing, my room is very new. Both the bedding and furniture are clean, and the room is spacious. The bathroom and shower are separate. Second, breakfast was very rich and everything was clean. However, I picked a city-view room. The floor is low, and I can't see anything outside the window except the parking lot. My family and I are very satisfied with the cleanliness and breakfast. I will choose to stay here again next time.

It's pretty good among four stars, the restaurant is also good, and the best thing is that the service is great! Standard Marriott service concept. The disadvantage is that the location is very remote. It takes at least half an hour to take a taxi to places like Jiangnan. There are subway stations nearby. There are subway tracks nearby, so some room types will have the sound of cars passing by at night.

The front desk of the hotel basically speaks Japanese. The convenience store downstairs can pay with WeChat. Walk to the sunken square and then across the street there is a bus directly to Seoul. It is double-decker and very convenient. From the airport, you only need to take a bus to get there, but the fruit for breakfast is frozen.

Overall, the hotel room was nice and clean. No unpleasant smell. However, the fridge looked like it needed to be cleaned, as the mildew was growing inside. The room size was perfect for 2 people. The city view was very nice. The staff were courteous. I saw that other people commented about slow elevators, but it didn’t feel slow to me. I actually didn’t mind that much.

location wise far away from everthing. hotel facility and room itself is good. staff is kind and supportive for taxi booking
