I stayed at the Guangzhou Marriott for 2 nights in the same week, and compared to there, the facilities and breakfast service mind Korea was inferior. We visited with a family of 3. We arrived early and they left our luggage in the lobby. The room condition was clean and spacious, which was nice. The furniture is old and shabby. Wardrobe doors make an annoying squeaky sound every time. The safe did not work. The room was dark, there wasn't enough light. The bed linen had stains when we arrived, so I called and asked housekeeping to come and change at least the sheet. So they did, but the new one also had some stains. I gave up. The towels are really old. I think this hotel was too expensive for what we got.

Sign outside the hotel says Royal Motel. But a woman from neighbouring shop quickly took me to it. So no problem really.
