We booked a two night stay. Checked in around 3am and have never had an issue with any of the staff UNTIL this morning. A very rude woman came to the door stating we are on her list for check out. As we tried to explain anything to her she would cut us off and was just NASTY towards us. She left and we found the proof that our room was booked for two nights and we did not have to check out. An hour or so later the rude woman comes back BANGING on the door and screaming at us. We try to speak again yet she still wouldn’t let us get a single word in. She then threatened to call the police as if we weren’t grabbing our things to leave. We go to the stairs and as we get to the cars we hear her talking on the phone or to someone calling us “no job having broke b******.” We said to her how unnecessary that was and no matter what she still wanted to be heard more than hear us. It all felt very aggressive and unnecessary and we’re almost POSITIVE she never called the police due to her continuous berating of us while on her phone. This hotel has always been great for our last minute stays from a night out. It’s never been an issue until this lady. We literally have an email saying to check-in today but the issue is having to see that BEYOND rude woman again and her give us a hard time. Whoever that evil lady is… im praying for her. We didn’t deserve that nasty behavior. Maybe that’s why rooms are so cheap. Cheap and nasty service.

This is a low end Quality Inn.. needs money to be spent changing carpets and furniture.. over priced at $95 a night.... Would not return if in the area. Bed was clean and ok, did not take shoes off until getting into bed.

They charged me for a room that I had cancelled and when I spoke to the manager, he denied that I had cancelled, even though I had cancellation He rudely insisted that I was a no show and he would not issue refund.

I stayed in room 102. At the time of opening the door of the room only one key of the two worked and I had to go back and get the key reactivated it also happened the second day with both of the keys at that time. The room smelled a little like cigarettes the ceiling were in bad shaped and showing their age same with the bathroom. By the time we took shower the plumbing and hot water sounded like the pipes were gonna burst. Too loud of a noise we thought of changing rooms but, you could here other Rooms having the same plumbing issue by the end of day 2 we found a lilttle roach. We didn’t complaint for the fact that if we get a different room we could be in a worst situation I will not recommend this motel for ppl with kids felt a little unsafe at night time. The bed and pillow were comfortable carpets and courting were a little stained.

I paid $150 dollars and we are very desapoint! I do not it! the room smelled like pets and the carpet smelled and looked dirty, the sheets smelled bad! definitely not going back to that place

My first room had used condoms behind couch found out cause my daughter toy fell back there and I had to threw it away. Got a second room which I had to get queen there was no more kings and the heat didn't work in my second room so overall it was a bad stay

I liked the fact that the staff was willing to work and make things better. The problem was that each room that I was given, was very filthy. Carpet was so stained and room were very smelly. Another room had a problem with closing the door. I would close it and remove the key, and could still be opened, very unsafe! Another one had blood stains on the curtain, I asked to have the curtains replaced, but the room had to be vacated. It is such a shame to have this hotel called Quality Inn, when there is no quality in it. The hotel needs to be remodeled and all rugs and curtains removed. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

We were checked-in to a room with a disassembled toilet, as if it was being worked on. The room we moved to had an assembled toilet but it didn't flush properly. The staff seemed mostly bothered when they were needed. The beds were comfortable so we slept well, but, overall, our two nights weren't great for the money.
