We stayed one night. Wish it had been longer. Everything was great, from booking direct with the hotel, to check in the room, food and overall atmosphere. Staff were great, friendly yet efficient. Our requests on booking were listened to and fulfilled. There were no bad points.

Lovely rooms. I have ate and drank there many times but worth a stay over too. I would recommend. TripAdvisor need to stop insisting on their random minimum 200 word reviews. This is annoying and prevents more people putting on reviews. Greyhound was fab

I had put used the message facility to let hotel i would be arriving late as part of booking process - when i arrived no one at hotel after more than half an hour of trying to connect someone proprietor arrived at hotel with our room hey - I explained I had pointed out the late arrival via the booking process to which she replied - “ we don’t get those messages” we had started the process of trying to book another hotel and were standing outside hotel in wet and cold for over an hour in total

Lovely hotel with a really nice outside area, parking and almost opposite carshaltons lovely open space. 40 mins into Victoria also

Fantastic Stay
I stayed one night for business fantastic rooms. I need a gluten free diet and this hotel had lots of choice and everything was delicious. Only downside my room was on the third floor, lots of steps and I’m getting on lol

We went for a family lunch at the greyhound, and they were so accommodating & friendly! We had 2 kids and the dog, they found us a table & actually moved us to somewhere more comfortable without us having to ask. The food we had was very tasty & freshly cooked. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks to Sue & Archie for looking after us 😃

The accomodation was lovely and had a home from home feel, the owners and all the staff were very friendly and professional we enjoyed our time here so much that we are planning to book for a stay in the spring, the food was so delicious and arrived in time and hot
