Had a good stay at the Greyhound Hotel.Stayed in a Classic double,which was large,with all the Amenities.
The Shower was Fantastic,a large Rainfall shower with plenty of power,one of the best I have come across.
Bed was large,but the lighting took a bit of getting used too.Also the TV had poor reception,and was unusable at times,but these were only minor Gripes.
Has a Restaurant which serves decent Food,and good selection of Beers.
The Car park also seemed secure,which is important to me with my work Van.
All I all a nice hotel,reasonable value,good size room,and the best shower around!

This was a follow up visit from last year. After a very long day in (delayed) transit from Nice finally arrived @ 10.00pm. To a warm welcome, cold drink & a very comfortable bed. We will be staying again in 3 weeks en route to a return home to Australia. We are planning a follow up trip next year & know exactly where we will be staying!

Very comfortable hotel with great staff. Lovely breakfast. Short level walk to Carshalton train station. Plenty of great cafes, bars and shops are also only minutes away. We stayed at The Greyhound when London was experiencing very hot temperatures but the air conditioning in our room and throughout the public areas easily coped with the heat. We definitely recommend The Greyhound hotel as a great place to stay.

My partner and I do a fair amount of city breaks for various gigs. I am not usually one to review anywhere we have stayed but I just had to with this hotel. The room was lovely The bed was really BIG and comfortable. The shower was fantastic The hotel was spotless The complimentary bath products were really nice, plenty of shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner. The room (we had 306) was lovely and quiet, something we really didn't expect. Air con worked wonderfully as it was extremely muggy weather. The staff... well the young lady on reception was amazing, asked us if it was I our first time staying in the area. Gave us information on places to go in the surrounding area, was extremely knowledgeable, polite and so helpful. I asked for extra milk for our room and was presented with two jugs of fresh milk. We had an issue with a defective toilet seat so l advised them and within 10 minutes the young lady was at our door with assistance and changing the seat - that's what you impeccable service. Our whole experience for two days was a delight. We cannot comment on the food as we didn't eat in the restaurant but it did look good. The surrounding area is beautiful, big open spaces and quite a lot to see and do if you like wandering. It was a near perfect location for us with what we needed to do. Thank you so much The Greyhound Hotel, we hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were super comfortable with excellent quality linen. The shower & toiletries were top class. Excellent breakfast. I thoroughly recommend the Greyhound.

I stayed here on a Monday night using the offer for dinner, stay and breakfast. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was totally taken back on how delicious the food was, how clean, comfortable and quiet the room was and to top it off a wonderful breakfast in the morning. They catered for every type of breakfast and it was so fresh. The staff was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. All of this made it a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend to anyone needing to stay in this area.

Just had a two night stay at this fabulous hotel. The room was large with comfy beds, great shower and well decorated. The food was lovely and a great choice of drinks especially their nonalcoholic range. Breakfast choice was excellent with a range of juices, pastries, toasts cereal plus a choice of cooked breakfast as well (I recommend the dippy eggs). The best part was the staff, everyone was kind, polite and genuinely willing to help. The owners gave me invaluable advice on travelling to Wimbledon, they even kept my drinks chilled overnight for my trip to the games the following day. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Hope to see you all again☺️
