very dated hotel with not very clean carpet. bathroom door was soaked before and so the the wood expanded which we have difficulty closing it.
good thing is there is an indoor pool for the kids.

The hotel was centrally located. I enjoyed the leisure facilities. The staff in the bar and restaurant were lovely. However, the room decor was tired and the carpet was smelly. On the morning I was due to leave (check out was 12pm) I was trying to have a lie in and was woken by housekeeping trying to get into my room on 3 separate occasions between 8.30 and 9am. I would have thought that all rooms with guests due to check out would be cleaned after the guest had checked out and not while they were in bed? After all this, the TV came on with the welcome message, of its own accord, just after 9am, lighting up the room. So much for my lie in!!!

On the third, sixth, ninth, twelfth and fifteenth days of our stay, mineral water was not put in the room actively. We had no choice but to go to the front desk to get it ourselves. The front desk gave us water on the first few times, but on the fifteenth day, the front desk told us to go to the restaurant to get it.
