Every weekend has a concert until 3 am, so the 1st floor will be very nosey.

The step to the bathroom. Should have hazard tape on it.no bath mat. Was very slippy. The night club was good.

Hotel was nice but could not open windows was screwed down,bed wasnt very comfortable and pillows was flat,staff was polite and very helpful,cost of drinks and food was quite expensive too.

Bathroom was clearly not cleaned properly at all; dry toothpaste in the sink, hairs in the shower and dust everywhere.
Very uncomfortable bed and pillows made it impossible to sleep well, coupled with the loud music from the bar going till 3am, something I did not know about at time of booking. It was noted in my confirmation email only but this info was only given to me after I booked a non refundable rate.

Property was fine, tho before checking out we had been watching 4 in a bed....the icing on the cake was the door handle coming off, meaning a battle to get out of the room. Continental breakfast? I had to ask for hot water for tea as the water in flask was cold, and I needed to search for a member of staff. Just cereal, yoghurt and cake, don't think that is adequate. Oh, and a warning on their website that the venue is a nightclub would have been useful. Not happy about being kept awake until 3pm by pounding music, and being told by a member of staff that we should have read the t's and C's before booking, accompanied by a smirk. Definitely would not recommend.

Great location, very friendly. Nice room but extremely noisy, music very loud until 3 am.. impossible to sleep and rest..
