Wouldn’t recommend. There was a Christmas party and people were making noise outside of our room till 3am. The heating wasn’t working so the room was cold.

Me and my husband had our wedding reception at the hotel last week. Nicola was absolutely fantastic in helping us organise our special day. Her and the rest of the team were incredibly helpful with anything we wanted/ needed.

Attended a wedding at this venue & honestly what a beautiful day it was. From start to finish the staff were amazing, especially Danielle who went out of her way to ensure everyone was happy. From her service alone, I’d happily go back.

We were a large group of older people, and we enjoyed a splendid afternoon tea at Brook Marston Farm Hotel. The sandwiches were nicely seasoned and varied, the cakes and scones were good, with plenty of tea and coffee. The service was kindly and attentive, particularly for one lady in a wheelchair.

Bizarre hotel. Rooms clean and all that but when staying away on business i need an invoice to claim the amount back on expenses. For unknown reasons this hotel after multiple phone and email requests is unable to raise and send a simple invoice to me. I now have to pay this myself!

Had our wedding here on the 21st of June and what a day it was! Nicola and the team did everything they could to make the day as special as possible and worked tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring everything went to plan, from dressing the marquee to arranging deliveries on the day to the bar and catering staff working in what was at times unbearable heat because of the mythical British summertime! Thank you Nicola and everyone at Marston farm for making our day so special Regards Sean and Deb

Visited here for afternoon tea. No one on reception so phoned the number on the desk. Shown to our table (we were the only people there) & afternoon tea came quickly however the staff disappeared. Our glass of bubbles never appeared and as there was no staff I had to phone the reception number again. A waitress was sent with 1 glass of warm bubbles. I pointed out our offer was 1 each so had to wait again for the 2nd one. The sandwiches were lovely but the scones /cakes were a huge disappointment. Small slices of long life cakes, the sort you buy from B&m etc. scones were dry & crumbly. I have had many afternoons teas & can honestly say this was the worst experience of them all. The hotel looked fabulous from the outside but the inside was tired & shabby.

The room seemed passable although heavily dated but when we discovered that the bed was completely collapsed in the middle we asked to be moved but there were no other rooms available apparently apart from a box room above the noisy bar that was hotter than my oven cooking a sunday roast! So we decided to make do but we removed the mattress from the completely collapsed bed base and slept on the floor. Our horror didn't hit us though until the morning when we discovered the heavily stained sheets and mattress! We were almost physically sick at the sight of the disgustingly stains! Have a look at our pictures, oh and the food was mediocre and massively overpriced too!

We had our wedding here on 07/06. Everything was perfect. We arrived the day before and were so well looked after by all of the staff on duty. The whole team prepared for our special day so meticulously and perfectly the images in our heads were exactly what was delivered. Communication from the hotel has been exceptional and responses to our requests have been phenomenal. Nicola, the manager, has been amazing throughout the whole process and we genuinely felt like we were her only care in the world from our first meeting right through to departing the day after the wedding. On the day the whole team kept nerves down and devoted everything to ensuring our day was perfect. Stuart the DJ was brilliant, our chosen genres were stuck to and his master of ceremonies role was seamless and brilliant. The rooms we stayed in were comfortable, clean and maintained, we even returned to our room at the end of the wedding day to find it cleaned and tidied for us. These small details made all the difference for us. We cannot thank the whole team at Brook Marston Farm Hotel enough, and we cannot wait to come and stop again. Thank you all so much for everything you made our day perfect.
