Exceptionally clean room, very spacious. Appreciated being on the first floor for safety (single female). Breakfast was reasonable and delivered to the room on time. The milk was off but when I informed the front seat it was replaced immediately. No shampoo etc but that’s becoming the norm, in my experience, in budget chain hotels. Good value for money.
My only complaint: pillows poor quality and lumpy. Otherwise great, and front desk staff were really good. Would stay again, for the right price.

The hotel is in a general location. After 11pm or before 10am, the accessories are basically not available for purchase. It takes about half an hour to walk from the modern subway station and about 8 pounds. The front desk of the hotel is in a bar (also a restaurant). The front desk is as big as a washing machine. It is generally unattended. When you check in, you will say hello to the restaurant waiter. She will call the waiter who is going to check in. The room is not in the restaurant and bar, but in a second floor next door, the waiter is very warm and helps us with our luggage. We stayed at 11 o'clock in the evening and the restaurant closed. When he sent us to the room, he also asked enthusiastically: What if you didn't eat? Google can find restaurants or restaurants, etc., so that we feel warm. The rooms are small, but the basic facilities are there, as well as pots for hot water. The size of the bathroom is acceptable, that is, the washbasin is really too small (pictured), about 15 cm wide and 30 cm long, which is very inconvenient. In summary, the price is expensive and the price is not high.

Stayed here with family while visiting Chessington theme park. The hotel is located in nice quite part with beautiful views. The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Staff recognised my membership status and explained all benefits. The room had few stains but overall was comfortable. Note the place has no restaurant or anything at walking distance but few local places offer delivery. Breakfast was unfortunately a bit letdown for us 2 days in a row as the hash browns were cold and croissants not warm! Being vegetarian that were the options I went for as didn’t have much choice. Thankfully good coffee machine so had lovely cappuccino. I will however stay again more for the great staff and the location of the hotel.

It is a good hotel without any particular fault.
However, they only provide 30 minutes of Wi-Fi and tell you to pay GBP3 to buy it if you need it.
No matter how little it is, I still feel bad. I'd rather spend that money on hotel fees in advance.
If you use such a strategy of including and providing unlimited Wi-Fi, the company will also benefit from
I think it would be good for all the guests as well.
I think this hotel is not very pleasant because of the Wi-Fi.
However, the female employee named ANA who works at the restaurant there is very good at cooking.
I would like to praise you for being kind.

Stayed here for two nights whilst in London for the King's coronation. Previously lived in the area and never knew the hotel even existed! On bus routes to East Croydon so easy to reach if no car. Free parking too. The hotel has a far east theme and is popular for weddings and in fact there was one taking place when we arrived and their outfits were beautiful. Stunning high class decor around the hotel with amazing glass chandeliers. Our double room was spacious and nicely decorated and we had a very clean bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Breakfast was included in the price which was in the dining room not in a box as some people mentioned! There was cereal and cooked breakfast, croissants, juices and fruit. More than enough! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay there again when back in London
The Best Western Plus London Croydon Aerodrome is an incredibly convenient location. It has really easy access to central London which is just 12 miles away and only 15 minutes by train from East Croydon Station. From the hotel to the station is a mere 15 minutes drive. We can order you a taxi or you can take the local 119 bus service which stops right outside the hotel.
The hotel provides great value, premium accommodation just outside London for both business travelers to the south-east of England or families looking to be thrilled at Chessington World of Adventures or Thorpe Park. Of course, all of London’s top attractions such as Buckingham Palace and the London Eye are just a short distance away and that’s why our location is ideal for short breaks in the capital.

On arrival there was a new girl on Reception (black girl) and she told me that the room I had reserved was room only and I knew I had booked a b&b rate. Although she was very pleasant she said she was new and needed to check with a more experienced receptionist. A white lady came into the reception area and was telling me that the new girl didn't know how to check was was included in the room rate and started showing her - how to check for this while I was there. This white lady (had a foreign accent) was quite abrupt to me and I thought to myself, maybe if you trained the new girl better, she would be able to check these details. The new girl was apologizing, I said to her its not your fault, you need to get trained better in your role. She was a beautiful young girl and very friendly and tried to help as much as she could. The kettle in my room was not working but was replaced quite quickly. I went to get some milk from the trolley and the Housekeeper (Spanish) screamed at me - your are not allowed to touch the trollies and if you need anything, please contact Reception, I said shall I leave it back then and she said - No its OK!. Had to advice Reception if one, needed their room cleaned. Breakfast was nice except the mushrooms they were too hard and difficult to eat. Staff tend to move trollies and talk to each other when guests are around and they use the guest lift as a service lift. They got in the way at times when I was trying to get out of the hotel, they apologized for getting in my way. Majority of staff were friendly, rooms need updating. On my last day, I was getting some tea at breakfast time in the dining area and when I returned a staff member (Small Indian lady) was clearing away my food and I had only went to get a cup of tea and had not finished my breakfast, I told her I was still having my breakfast. I was annoyed as my room card was still on the table but she never noticed this and was clearing it away. They spray and clean empty tables very close to you as you eat your breakfast which is frustrating as the smell of the cleaning liquid is quite strong, It was my first time staying at this hotel, however in the past I have had coffee/tea there but never stayed before. I would rate is as a 3 star Hotel and not a 4 star Hotel.

A house is being built next to it, and there is a bit of machine noise during the day, but it's not too noisy. Of course, it doesn't affect much because people go out during the day and it's quiet at night. Generally acceptable, very ordinary. The boss is Indian.

Just spent a week here with the family on an impromptu trip to London and let me say the hotel was a part of the reason the trip was so amazing. The service was awesome! The staff were polite, friendly and ever so helpful... Ali especially, who was very patient with us late at night when we were wide awake wanting to talk and have drinks. I will most definitely book and stay here again. One of my top recommendations.

A truly fantastic refurbishment, everything from the new outdoor furniture to the stunning decor inside and all the small details that some people seem to miss. The back garden is like a secret garden and you wouldn’t even know where you are. The menus both a la carte and breakfast have been completely changed and the food is seriously good. The bedrooms even though not refurb were clean, comfortable and spacious with all the amenities you need. A great stay, a great dinner, a great breakfast, you can’t fault this place. Forgot to mention the important bit, the staff are engaging, knowledgeable and professional.

GGuest UserOur experience at Adagio Sutton exceeded all expectations! The rooms were exceptionally clean, offering a pristine and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay memorable. Wehighly recommend Adagio Sutton to anyone seeking a top-notch accommodation with impeccable cleanliness and friendly service.
GGuest UserI don’t usually stay in Ibis hotels but this one is like no other ibis hotel I’ve stayed at. From the laid back informal reception area to the contemporary rooms this was a good overnight stay. I appreciated the welcome cookies. The room was spacious but clearly designed for short stays in regards to storage space. There’s USB ports by the bedside. The bathroom has a shower, no bath and good to see the body soap and shampoo in dispensers rather than individual plastic bottles. The water though was only luke warm. The Wi-Fi signal was excellent. Location is excellent in the centre of town and just a few minutes walk to the station. The restaurant menu was limited but adequate for most tastes. My only complaint was the pulsing noise of the bathroom extractor fan which is independent of the air conditioning in the room and not able to switch off.
GGuest UserJust leaving Holiday Inn Sutton and have had a truly wonderful stay. This hotel was used as a base for exploring London and surrounding areas and can't recommend highly enough. Ok we're not talking 5 star luxury, but if you're looking for that common sense should tell you to book elsewhere. However if you're looking for CLEAN (so important) and comfort with EXCELLENT staff then this will be for you! Staff are honestly some of the best I've encountered (even in 5 star hotels) and I don't say that lightly. Restaurant, front desk, housekeeping, health club all an absolute credit to the hotel and brand. Thank you. Nothing was to much trouble and you made our stay really great. It's the morning and evening acknowledements and friendly vibe and all the little touches that really do go a long way. We'll be back and would highly recommend this hotel and if there's a way to reward staff on duty 27th-29th August 2022 please do :)
MMinXing GuoA very good house. When I first arrived, I thought there might be safety issues because it was an apartment. But once I settled in, I found it very convenient. There are many Hong Kong people nearby. There are washing machines, public kitchens, shared food, and independent accommodation nearby. There is a Chinese supermarket, free parking, and convenient transportation. It can be given a relatively good score. The only drawback is that there are two big trees above the parking area, and the birds above often poop on the roof of my car.
