On arrival at reception was denied the payment by credit card even if was nothing mentioned during the reservation. Also was requested the extra payment of 5€ for a private parking even if advertised and included in the description on the website. Once ask for explanation, the blond lady at reception said that the reference was to the free public parking on the street which was not absolutely the case. Dirty and dusty room even if requested multiple times to the housekeeping to clean. Rusty bathroom accessories, towels never replaced. Over priced compared to the surroundings and not close to the classification of 3 stars.

Location of the hotel is not at the shore vant they have a parking and five minutes away are all the good beaches. Owner gave us few recommendations about restaurants coffee shops and beaches and everything turned out to be very helpful. Definitely I would come back to this place.
