There is a deck out front for grilling and taking in nature and another deck in the back for enjoying the hot tub and fire pit. Enjoy playing volleyball and cornhole right in your front yard. You will have plenty of privacy and parking. The home is located in the much desired area of Ocean View and close to plenty of restaurants and the beach. It is also a short drive to Ocean City, Md, Dewey Beach, De, Fenwick Island, De and Rehoboth Beach, De. In addition there are great parks and golf courses nearby.
