No service at all, took long for check in, room was fine, nothing fancy or extra, just  standard room, not exactly anything deluxe at all about their suite for the price but room wasn’t terrible and it was clean but no service at all

It Smells in the room

My first experience with bed bugs. Room 116. Took me a little while to figure out what was going on so I stayed for two nights. Checked out before the third night. The manager said he was able to refund my money for the night. I didn't stay, but was unable to refund my money for the two nights where I got bitten. Call back on Tuesday morning and talk to the owner. Called back on Tuesday morning, stayed on hold for 35 minutes, I think they don't want to talk to me. I will freely admit that I was so disgusted and only wanted to get out of there so I have no pictures of my bites or of the bugs that the maid found in the room when she and I went back to look at it. I'm not saying the whole hotel is infested okay, but I will say that the management was pretty unresponsive and not very helpful or responsible for what was going on.

Me and my mom stayed the night here as a layover. The room was very beautiful! The smell of the room was so crisp- you could just tell how clean it was. Great sized fridge. Also microwave. There was a blow dryer in the room. They also provided an iron and an ironing board. You don’t see that very often anymore. And they were brand new! Just loved the experience. Front desk was very helpful. Surrounded by plenty off restaurants and quick stops.

Our room was clean. We were able to park right outside our door. We traveled with 2 dogs, which added a $15 fee.

Room seemed clean. Room was small..fine for one person and great for a place to sleep, room was very inexpensive. It had a big bed but would probably be very uncomfortable.
