This was the worst hotel I've stayed in. The decor was shabby, the facilities were inadequate, there were no towels provided by the pool, and the so-called warm water was actually quite low. It felt like a three-star hotel, and I had no desire to take photos.

1. One of the lift was not functioning and still has not been fixed after our 4 nights stay
2. The room has not been properly cleaned whereas the bedding cover/items have not been set up. The used hotel cups were not cleaned after room service

It's right near Central Station, a 15-minute walk to shopping and dining. It's popular with business travelers. Parking for hotel guests is AUD 58 per night, which is quite convenient.
The elevator on the right side of the lobby often has a long wait, so consider using the one on the left.
The room was spacious and clean. Close to the city center, I had no real expectations.
But I didn't like the Australian trolley, which is fixed and can't be pulled out.
The hotel breakfast was nice, with a wide variety of breads.
