Nice and clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Convenient to food, shops, and train station. Their staff is wonderful, but Hossam at the front desk is extraordinary. He goes above and beyond, and is always pleasant to deal with.

Such a wonderful experience. Staff are so polite and warm. Rooftop bar is INCREDIBLE. Food in the restaurant is delicious. Beds are big and really comfortable, best nights sleep I’ve had in ages. Highly recommend.

All round bad experience, bad slow service and not the best clean amenities. Very lazy and slow service. Only great service received was from Loft Sky Bar staff.

The stay is pleasant as the hotel staffs are friendly. It is located in a quiet neigboourhood & it is within walking distance to the train station. Going to London is pretty fast like 30 mins to 40 mins. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel but it is like a suburban kind of shops & some eating stalls which will close around 6pm. I am surprised that there are quite a number restaurants & cafes around further up & they probably close around 9pm. Only pubs will open for long hours. The hotel is pretty new but some furnishings in the room are quite dusty. Hope they can improve in their housekeeping as not consistent daily because one day, they forgot to clear the rubbish in the bathroom. We are quite lucky to get an upgrade in the room as my husband is a Gold member & we could access the executive lounge. The room is pretty spacious & we have a good view of the beautiful sunset every night. By the way, they do not supply toilet amenities. Fortunately, we always bring our own toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, shavers & cotton buds. The pillows are a bit too soft for us so we did not really sleep well. But we managed to doze off as pretty tired after an outing each day. The gym / fitness club is opened 24/7 so we can exercise any time of the day. Breakfast is average as they serve the same food every morning. Some of the food like pancakes are a bit too hard & they offer skim milk instead fresh milk for corn flakes which taste not as good. We rented a car & we drove from the airport which was abut 30 to 35 mins drive although there was a heavy traffic. There are ample of parking space. But it is not free parking. The parking charges are reasonable. We will consider to stay in this hotel again when we come back to London.
