We experienced an issue during our stay where the refrigerator in our room stopped working. We reported the problem to the reception, and the staff initially acknowledged it and mentioned that a discount would be offered at checkout to compensate for the inconvenience. However, at checkout, Mr. Sheikh was extremely uncooperative. Instead of understanding the situation, he kept arguing and blamed us for storing buttermilk and ice cream in the fridge — items that are standard for refrigeration. His lack of understanding and unwillingness to accept responsibility for the malfunction was frustrating and disappointing. To make matters worse, he never apologized for the inconvenience caused by the faulty appliance. We expected better customer service and accountability, especially from a well-known hotel chain. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a negative impression of the hotel's management.
