The room was fine but it was not what I thought it was going to be. It is more like a hostel. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. As we were there for a function in ocean park area the location was awesome.

The host was prompt in communication and everything I needed was available at the property. He gave me a room away from the other tenants and one of the family bathrooms, which was nice and clean- much appreciated. Upon arriving, I noticed that the bedding was not very clean, but upon informing the host, he replaced all the bedding with a clean one. I needed to take a quick nap before going to my evening activities and found that the place was quite noisy during the afternoon with voices, footsteps, loud doors. I did however have a very comfortable, quiet, and good night’s sleep! The host gave me keys so it was nice to be able to come and go whenever without needing someone to unlock the door.

Owner was asking for more charges while was booked and agreed on the prices.
Noisy neighbors at the middle of night 1 am to 4 am. Having strong fetid and bad smell in the aisle

May friend already settled the room she got! However , the other owner - lady ask her to. Leave due to Guy visiting her which is her Brother. She book for two adult. She fell not good. She was already on the other room the following day she was ask to transfer to another room.

The host was very polite, explained everything in detail, showed the room and facilities
The bed was very comfortable, shower was hot with plenty of pressure
It was great to be able to park on site instead of the road

No access to go out again. They should handover key. I was comfortable to remove shoes. But lady was weird she forced us to do so.
