Surprise Hotels with Pools

I really enjoyed the bed and pillows in my room. The sheets were soft and the pillows were fluffy and very comfortable. This is an older hotel. The bathroom was very small and had no handles in the shower for those of us getting a little older. The front desk personnel were polite and all employees were friendly. There was no regular breakfast due to the virus. You got a paper bag with a frozen breakfast burrito and a granola bar. There was supposed to be a choice of fruit but the only thing available was some bruised bananas. I did not check out the indoor pool or other amenities. There is an elevator and that is helpful. The room was quiet. I gave it three stars. I would not stay here again, but if you are looking for a comfortable bed and a quiet room for the night, this might be the place for you!

We were there for 10 days dealing with a death in the family. There were 4 of us in 2 rooms, 419 & 427. I would like to send a special “thank you “ to the following staff members who we dealt with during our stay: Jesse, Caleb, Monique/guest services; Richard, Willam, Fred, Angie,Taylor/food and beverage! These staff members were all very friendly, nice, helpful and professional each time we spoke. They all deserve a special thank you from us for always being helpful and supper employees!! I couldn't be more happy with my stay. We had booked a stay at a competing hotel brand and it was so bad that we left that hotel and stayed here instead. What an amazing difference between the two hotels. We called over early and talked to Emily, she said our room was ready, so we headed directly for this hotel. It looks brand new! The neighborhood was fantastic! The parking was great! The staff were all wonderful, especially the front desk. It was clean, bright, and cheery. The breakfast was very nice. We hadn't stayed in a Holiday Inn in years. Believing they may not be up to par to some of the other hotel brands. I was wrong, we would definitely stay here again.
