The first room we got the bathroom light went out at midnight, they switched us to a different room and in the next room the air wouldn't work. We were uncomfortable for 2 days due to maintenance issues.

Worst place I have stayed in 10 years, bathroom was dirty. Multiple roof coverings over ?outlets. Safe was locked, could not get staff to unlock the safe. Mattres was comfortable. Thete was loose tile on the floor in the bathroom. Toilet sest was not properly cleaned.

Don't stay at this place even if it's free They did not have breakfast but in a bag They had to cut off the hot water The place is on the renovation why not just shut the doors until you get done you want to keep it open and make the guests suffer this was horrible but if you book a room there's no way you can get a refund if you don't want to stay it is unacceptable property properly they said there's nothing they could do because you already booked

The room heater/AC was very loud and would wake us up when it cycled on and off. There was NO housekeeping and we rationed our TP for our 3 night stay. The lamp switch between beds was broken and we needed to use the lamp plug to turn the lamp on and off. The electrical outlets were were so old that the plugs would fall out. The bathroom vent was filthy. And we were notified 2 or 3 days before travel that the breakfast would be a "to-go" breakfast with a bag of stuff I don't eat.

I was so disappointed with my stay. The lady at the desk was nice so I was hoping for a good stay. Right away we had to call the front desk because the tv wouldn’t work. Once working it wasn’t great because it was very difficult to get channels to change. I was also unable to connect my phone to the Wi-Fi. The bathroom tile had cracks and a missing tile. The toilet paper was very very thin. Although it was nice to have a front room, it was dark and sparsely furnished. There was work being done in the room that served breakfast (things happen) but the alternative was a grab and go bag from the front desk. I expected a tad more with the stay.

Smelled terrible when we walked in. Trash bags in the walkways. The room was okay but the beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Really confused on why there was no breakfast. Hotels in places like WA state are serving breakfast even with Covid Pretty disappointed.
