It is a little bit far from Surin Bus Terminal. Tuk-tuk is about 60 baht, motorbike is about 40 baht, and if you don't have luggage, it takes about 25 minutes on foot. It is good value for money, and breakfast is available at the restaurant on the first floor, but the food and iced coffee seem a little more expensive than outside restaurants. It is better to make reservations on Trip.com than directly at the hotel.
