The front desk is not available for 24/7. They are rude and accused us of stealing their property w/o solid proof . They have no trashcan designated for one room. Comfort rooms are common and not exclusive for each room. Their heater does not work. Amenities like tv have no channel, and wifi does not work.

Aside for the accidental double booking that was not reversed by trip com , pretty good affordable hotel . The aircon is new and not noisy which is rare . Hinatuan is an interesting town to stay at for sure .

Комната выглядит очень скромно, как в самом дешевом мотеле. Странный запах, нет обещанной питьевой воды, мыла и шампуня. Окна в номере тоже нет.
Хорошее расположение и дружелюбный персонал - это все преимущества.
Жаль, что в таком прекрасном месте, как Hinataun, так плохо развит туризм.
Enchanred River рекомендую, Isabelle Hotel нет.
