The room looks very modest, like in the cheapest motel. Strange smell, no promised drinking water, soap and shampoo. There is no window in the room either.
Good location and friendly staff are all advantages.
It's a shame that such a beautiful place as Hinataun is so poorly developed for tourism.
I recommend Enchanred River, but not Isabelle Hotel.

Aside for the accidental double booking that was not reversed by trip com , pretty good affordable hotel . The aircon is new and not noisy which is rare . Hinatuan is an interesting town to stay at for sure .
