Jean and Steve were very responsive to any request! They suggested a wonderdul tour to go see Scarlet macaws and great places to eat! She was kind and helpful. The property is super comfortable and had everything we needed!! Hope to stay there again in the future!!

We enjoyed our first stay here so much we booked a second long weekend stay Cabanas are clean and beachfront is kept sparking clean by owners. Great place to just lounge around and enjoy some quite and relaxing. Lots of day trips to take advantage of if you want to be out and about. The Bistro has excellent food and service. Just ten speed bumps away. Watch out for those speed bumps. They are everywhere.

Nice getaway
Room was very clean and loved the full sized stove and refrigerator. Nice to have a dock to walk out on, as well as a hammock and beach chairs outside. Beach was clean. Area was very quiet. Hosts/owners were very accommodating and friendly/helpful...sent me a phone number when reservation was made, as well as great directions.

We loved our stay at Coco’s. It is right on the beach. We loved the sunrises and the moon shining through the palm trees while we hung out on the deck or the lounge chairs, and the long walks on the beach. The owners were super accommodating and helpful when booking tours and whatever else we needed. Our cabana was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc. Beach towels, kayaks, fishing rods, life jackets all available! We rented a golf cart for our stay so we could explore the entire peninsula. Transportation is needed if you want to go to Placencia City or Maya Beach. It’s not the ritz but if you are looking for a place to hang your hat for a few days, we highly recommend Coco’s.

We had an amazing stay at Coco's Beachfront Cabanas! The cabin was perfect—right on the beach, super clean, and had everything we needed. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to step out onto the sand was just incredible. Jean, the host, was so friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and giving great recommendations for things to do in the area. The beach is absolutely gorgeous—quiet, beautiful water, and the perfect spot to relax. Honestly, it exceeded all our expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Placencia, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay at beautiful beach cabana!
Great location, close enough to the action, but far enough to be peaceful. Bed was comfortable, cabana was very clean, lots of towels, and the view from the private deck was spectacular. Jean and her husband were wonderful hosts! She helped us book excursions and truly made my birthday a special one!

We really enjoyed our experience at Coco’s. Jean met us when we arrived and gave us some helpful tips. The location cannot be beat and it was hard for us to motivate off the deck. The sunrise and birds were amazing. The cabana is very comfortable and clean. WiFi worked well. We drove from Belize City airport and was an easy drive (except the speed bumps). We took advantage of the kayaks but not the bikes. People drive crazy! The main road wasn’t as pedestrian friendly as we hoped. Simply Vibes restaurant across the street was a nice bonus. Would definitely recommend and Coco’s exceeded expectations.

We had a wonderful time at Coco’s Cabanas. Jean and Steve were wonderful hosts and the communication was terrific throughout the booking process. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to town if you have a golf cart or car. If not, there are a handful of restaurants and a grocery store within walking or biking distance. The cabana itself was great and we enjoyed cooking and barbecuing some of our meals. We also enjoyed the kayaks and appreciated the local phone that was provided with the cabana. We’re definitely planning to return in the future.
