This hotel has a very high value for money. I was probably prepared for the hardship, but it was better than expected, which made me feel relieved. The hotel is 3 minutes away from the train station, and there are many snack bars around. The surrounding environment is not as good as that of Vesu. The hotel is relatively clean, and you need to bring your own disposable items such as towels. The network is not bad, but I didn't feel the hot water when I took a shower. This hotel just charge high price. To get the normal room service it takes more than hour some time they even forget what you have ordered. Had terrible, most pathetic hotel i have ever stayed, twice changed the room, but every room has one or another issues. Basis facility of ac, toilet paper and electric are not functional as per the charges they will take you for super delux.

Cleanliness is not great. Room service is poor, probably because they are under staffed and also under construction. Some of the reception staff is particularly condescending. Not the best ginger you will visit. i would recommend trying the other ginger in Surat.
