Excellent service, always taking care of us. Good service, they let me stay more hours with out additional charge, they open the restaurant for us, took care with the transportation. Good attitude from the personal.

Todos los trabajadores fueron muy amables, nos dejaron entrar antes de lo previsto y también irnos más tarde por nuestro tren. Muy limpio y acogedor. La comida muy buena y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con todas nuestras peticiones. También nos ayudaron a ir a la estación de tren a pie desde el hotel.

I had booked a room with double occupancy and even paid for daily breakfast in advance for two. Unfortunately my wife could not join me and the hotel refused to refund the breakfast charges for a person who could not make it. This was so unethical on the part of the hotel. Inspite of facing no loss on their part they insisted that it was not THEIR POLICY to refund the breakfast charges. I don't understand how the hotel can collect breakfast charges for a passenger who doesn't turn up? It's not that the hotel incurred any losses because of her !
