1. Location: The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with no business or village around, only a prison. It is a lonely existence. 2. Front desk service: Very indifferent. Due to system problems, I asked for help to buy train tickets, but was told directly with a blank expression: I can't buy them. The service staff of courtyard navi Mumbai in Mumbai is also MARROIT brand and is warm and thoughtful. Huge difference. I strongly do not recommend staying in this hotel. Good location, nice hotel, the good quality is over standard
Just one thing, when get into room, a used towel put on the bed, I assumed this used towel shall used hy previous guest but house keeping forget took away.

Chef Vinay, Beyang and team was really good. Service was impeccable too. Breakfast is delicious and has good variety. But the tea / jalebi especially was delicious. The servers are attentive and extremely polite. I would like to come back here just for the breakfast itself. Thank you.

Raja in housekeeping was really good and professional. The room was also kept clean, especially the bathroom with clean towels and toiletries as well. In room dining was also prompt but can be improved by making it a bit quicker and efficient.
