This property is not at all convent, especially far from Airport . Rooms are very big and looks like service apartments. Breakfast was great

Beautiful as you walk tin from gates of this hotel and staff are always friendly to mention some Shibham,Sangeeta,virandar and tazaswany Sangeeta was always there at breakfast every single day to help us with a cheerful smile making sure we have a fantastic morning every single day. Big shout out to her. Reception guys are the best you could have always there to help and guide you for anything you may need. Breakfast team will make you feel at home extremely friendly approach and always ready for feedback special thanks to Sangita I’m going to miss seeing her hope to be back soon Cleanliness is on 100% spot on shout out to all the cleaners. Management should never ever let the staff go as they are not just some workers they are part of our family now. Management I don’t have much to say as good there was a lady who come with a note pen and pad and I asked her for a list of things I needed it had been 5days since but that was the last I heard from her. Not very nice. Her name was flora. Don’t make list of things if you are not going to fulfill them this is my only complain rest are 💎 They did as they said.

Excellent ambience. Staff is very friendly. Hygiene is top class . The rooms are huge . Food quality 👌. Suvankar and his team gave there best to make my family comfortable, specially Sangita . Kudos team Royal Orchid . Best Wishes Sandeep Ray

Specially here's staff people are so friendly even also here's atmosphere is also so beautiful. Flute music is so lovely. Food is best and different different items here which is so so delicious so we would like to visit again for our business meeting and work. Thank you so much the world family.

This is new property with huge lounge and excellent amenities. There is scope of improvement in food varieties. Staff are also co-operative and well trained . In coming days this is going to be a hot property. Ideal place for family functions.

Staff is cordial. Room size is excellent and reasonable rates. Ms Sangeeta at restaurant was very welcoming. Food menu may be elaborated as per hotel standard. Variety was limited. Under construction sites in the hotel. Cleaning was good.

Resturant staff Ms.Seema was very good. I was late for my breakfast, yet she made sure I had everything I wanted to without any hassle. Thank you so much !! Gestures like these make us want to come back again and again. Ms. Sangeetha was good too. All the best to the entire team.
