This property is not at all convent, especially far from Airport . Rooms are very big and looks like service apartments. Breakfast was great

Very good staff. Rooms are well maintained and well equipped. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit Surat. Food is the key highlight here, delicious food and they offer a lot of variety too. Staff is very courteous and adept.

The hotel team always go extra miles for the help, no matter what your request is they will fullfill it for you. Especially Mr Anand & Mr Patel. You can call them anytime for any help and request in the hotel these two will always give there best. Hotel is very nice, food is good, location is excellent. If coming to Surat don't go for marriott stay in (The World hotel). Resalable and classy hotel. Thank you The world hotel team for the lovely stay.

It was great experiences with this hotel we here for the wedding perpose and all the functions goes great it was really nice gesture from this hotel which i never seen in any other hotels also the rooms are to spacious and big my family were enjoyed and also the food taste was just amazing i have tryed everything in that it was tasty also about the staff during our stay all of them helped us very well i would like to mention some of them name radhika, devangi, anju, giriraj, samar, avinash and vishal they all are really very good for anythings we can call them they always really to assist us very beautiful gesture we recieved from all of them. Best wishes for this hotel.

It was amazing stay and comfortable stay. Housekeeping service is good and they are very helpful In room dinning service is good and fast as we ordered food that was very taste. About the restaurant food it was also good but service should be fast otherwise all good. Our check in checkout process was very smooth and good as we did not face any problem in it also they gave very comfortable room to us. Massage handling was very good we got everything we wanted. Staff are very helpful calm and welcoming Radhika Devangi Anju were cute and sweet. Thanks to Mr. Giriraj Duty Manager he is very good person who helped and checked our stay and everything really feel like home.
