We visited just to spend the night. So, didn't take photos, but will publish my observations.
Room size is decent enough for a 2+1 stay.
We were initially alloted room 202. When we went to sleep, it started making noises.
We asked the night manager ki "bhaisahab bed bahut awaj kar raha hai, please shift us to a different room. it was 1:30AM. He said sir hotel is fully occupied. When we looked down, the bed was literally broken.
Manager ko waps bulaaya, SUDDENLY a spare room (next door) became available.
My question is : Pehle jhooth kyu bola ?
If it would have been broken when we were sleeping, and we would have got hurt, who would have been responsible ? Woh to bol hi dete, tumhare wajah se toota bed.
So, my impression is :
Hotel is not putting enough efforts on maintaining the property and it's assets.
The hotel has potential, but seems like management doesn't care enough on the guest's experience.
Also, it's obvious that accha room freshner lagaake the hotel tries their best to cover it's negative points. So that the guest feels good the moment he enters the room. But assal mein "It's NOT that great."
PLEASE NOTE : We just stayed for 1 night and this is what I experienced.
