Exquisite breakfast especially the healthy breakfast and egg station. Enchanting facilities, gotta try the pool n fine dining at rooftop. Enthralled by the staff in every department. Special thank you to Front desk Lady, Chef Andrys for the superb healthy and fresh breakfast and Dining staff Chelsea for their service. A gem in Surabaya, newly open and not far from Tunjungan Plaza, it is a quiet area, very clean hotel and best of all, great attitude by every staff. This can only happen because it is led by super general manager and incredible Chief Chef Andrys who ensure cleaniness and freshness. I humbly salute every staff for making my stay so EXTRAORDINARY (from 1 night to 4 nights). I'll be back!!! Thank you... P:s... Maybe add simple gym room in the future? 🤭😜☺️

Business friendly. Clean and things worked as expected. Friendly staff and management . Looks like a well managed hotel.  Breakfast is usually  included .  Will be a repeat guest

Service by the hotel staff was good, team was helpful and accommodating with requests. Room was mostly tidy, some slight spots of what looked like dirt on the bedsheets but nth major. Breakfast spread had enough variety and tasty Overall would recommend for business travellers or for short stays

Nice hotel , close to airport. 15minutes from city center by car. Staffs are so helpful and friendly. Room is spacious and clean.

Good job, always stay here when you go to Surabaya, with extraordinary facilities this accommodation provides an extraordinary sensation, the rooms are so spacious, there is a water heater, kitchen, TV, AC, bathroom equipment, coffee, tea and water heater as well as a pool and gym, basically it's okay.

Aston Inn Jemursari has a very small parking lot, making it difficult for guests who bring vehicles (even though valet parking is provided by the hotel). The breakfast menu can't expect much, because what you get is what you pay for. Modern rooms, but cleanliness can still be improved. The staff is quite friendly, but the receptionist doesn't work fast enough. Located on a small street, not on the main road.

This is foreigner,'s view, not by locals. I have been 7 cities and towns throughout Sumatra and Jawa as low budget traveller's. And about same price ranged hotels, this one is most clean and neat. I'm not sure but I feel Surabaya is higher standard in Indonesia.
