The hotel is not far from the airport, but the traffic in Surabaya is very bad. I dare not cross the road when I go out. I can only walk a little further to find a zebra crossing with a light. Remember to press the light for it to light up, and passing cars and motorcycles will let you. The hotel itself has a good value for money. The room is a bit small, but it has what it should have. The bathroom is spacious, the breakfast is good, and there are Starbucks, Pizza Hut, McDonald's and a spicy hot pot nearby. Although it is salty, it tastes better than Indonesian rice. The spicy hot pot is on the same side of the hotel, so you don't have to be scared to cross the road!
