It is in a great central location in Surabaya, the airport is 30 minutes north and the bus terminal is 30 minutes south. The staff are really nice and incredibly helpful. I stayed in the cabin which is really small, for 1 night it was all I needed, although the bedsheet has a few marks on it. The shared bathroom is decent enough.

there is a tap for ablution
disadvantages:
- breakfast is only fried rice but tends to be salty, and takes a long time to refill
- there is no water provided in the room so you have to buy it, it would be better if there was a dispenser in the corridor to refill water

The hotel is strategically located on a major road. There are many eateries so no problem with food. The room is reasonably large, clean and quite complete. There is no closet but there is space to hang coats. The breakfast is free but very poor, only nasi goreng and kroepoek. There is no hanger for toilet paper. The service is good and the receptionist is friendly and flexible, she gave me a check-in at a quarter to 12 noon. The check-out is quite strict before 12 noon.

Nice hotel. Bathroom was a bit dirty. Breakfast was available, but very one-sided, there was only rice, no bread, no cereal, nothing else to eat. There was a small supermarket right next door, which was good.
