Very cost-effective hotel. The reception staff has good English skills, friendly and helpful service attitude. The breakfast food is acceptable. The room design is simple, and you must pay attention to the protruding part of the bed frame, otherwise you will bump into it.

Good location in Surabaya, but room not too properly clean & bathroom amenities just toothbrush only. All staff was very friendly and food also great.
