體驗很好，到宿遷首選的酒店，前台小姐姐服務周到熱情態度點贊，宿遷開元名庭大酒店位置優越交通便利，距離高速路口很近，設施也很齊全，個人覺得性價比蠻高，房間非常乾淨，以後會一如既往選擇入住，支持宿遷元名庭大酒店。

環境和設施不做介紹，很便利，除隔音有些差、房間沒有minibar之外都挺好。我很疑惑的是下午兩點半前台致電我，我既已表達了續時的需求，為什麼三點半的時候還有人一直來敲門。是怕我賴着不走嗎？
退房時補了差價，和前台説明情況也沒有給我一個合理的答覆，衹推説問題在保潔。在給其他客人辦入住把我晾在一旁，哪怕是一句“您請稍等”也沒有，服務意識極差！哪怕是縣城的四星級酒店也不該是這個狀況，更別説頂着市政府名號開的酒店！究竟問題在誰，還是説你們對待客人慣是這個態度，我等你們的解釋。
