Copper Mountain Motel

I was in Superior for four nights for a project and needed a place to stay that would not break the bank. Copper Mountain was perfect. If you are looking for a ritzy place this is not it. The rooms are older and not luxury by any means, but the A/C cooled the room quickly, the blinds kept the sun out enough that you could sleep in. The mid size fridge was perfect for storing all the food I needed and the freezer was big enough to keep the gallon bottles of water frozen for my cooler for the day. The bedding was super comfortable, the showers had nice pressure and were hot. There is a dollar store across the street and a nice coffee shop next door that opened at 6am. I felt safe at night and right at home. Highly recommended for a comfortable budget place to stay in this wonderful town.

Vintage place that is comfy and not fussy. Don't expect a super fancy place. Expect a motel that takes you right back to the 50's.The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice. I would definitely stay again, loved it!!

We got to the motel and when we got the keys to check out the room - we left. The room was in awful condition. There were cigarette burns in the bedding, the room had an awful smell, items in the bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned in a long time. We were uncomfortable and unwilling to stay - so a friend offered and we stayed elsewhere.

Great stop off for AZT hikers Great comfortable stay coming off the Arizona Trail! Hot showers, laundry, super friendly hosts. Bus stop across the street. Coffee next door. Everything you need....nothing you don't! Short walk to the pubs/saloons in town and easy access from the Arnett Canyon trail.
