The hotel was comfortable, clean, and recently renovated. I would stay here again.

Overall pretty disappointing experience. Stain on window shade and large stain on desk chair. Bathroom faucet was very annoying, if you turned it on too high, it would spray all over you or if you turned it on too little, it wouldn’t even make it into the sink and go all over the countertop.

Hector, at the desk, provided outstanding service. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Five stars for him.
Three of our four reserved rooms were standard and fine. The fourth, Room #1, where my 88 year old mom stayed, had no coffeemaker, no glasses or cups, and no grab bar in the shower. She could only get 1 channel on the tv. She had no cell phone to be able to call for assistance and has trouble walking, so she just toughed it out. When I found out in the morning, I was told that her room was not originally designed to be a room and didn’t have enough outlets for the coffee machine. So…don’t stay in Room #1.

Good location, parking. Very nice and helpful desk staff. Only negative was no instructions on how the TV was operated....not a simple on/off, two separate remotes required, had to get up from bed to turn it off etc.
