Location is good, surrounded by plenty of food choices. Only downside for me, the Wifi connection is very weak & slow, which is kind of a surprise for me.

The air conditioner is on the ground and the noise is particularly loud
Breakfast is normal American breakfast
The washbasin is very high, I'm 165, I have to put my toes to wash my face
It's been a long time, the carpet is very dark
My room and the other rooms of two friends have a smell. I don't know if they are disinfected or not.

The staff are so friendly and truly do care about your needs or concerns. The beds were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel! We slept like angels, even our son slept through the night. The only downfall is the parking lot being small but there's nothing they can do about that.

It was good, but I was disappointed that the additional charge was higher than I expected, but the facility was very clean and good. I especially like that the bathroom is clean.

The room was immaculate and recently redecorated. Large tv in room with lots of channel choices. Breakfast is amazing with the many options offered. They had a coffee machine that also had chai tea and hot chocolate. Front desk staff offered to carry our bags upstairs because there were no downstairs rooms. Close to shopping and restaurants. Plan on returning when we visit Santa Clara again.
