Quality Inn Santa Clara Convention Center

Pretty bad. Stayed for 49ers game. We rang the day before and was told we could check in at 2pm without a fee, however when we turned up they called us liars and made us pay the $50 extra. Fridge was so noisy we had the disconnect it just to sleep. Shower was the worst ever. Bath but had no plug. Breakfast was OK. About a 45 min walk to Levi Stadium. I hardly ever make a bad review but went out of my way to make this one.

Hotel room is just average, Manager on duty is rude. Breakfast is not what you get as posted on their website which is deceiving. We could have put more star to compliment the housekeepers who did a good fine job in cleaning the room but the management attitude is far from being professional on his job.

We were here on vacation to visit our friends for a few days and go to a 49ers game. The area was safe. We walked back from the game at night and felt comfortable. It was 1.8 miles to Levi stadium. I liked that there was always hot water and good water pressure. Beds comfortable. Quiet. Nice people at the front desk. Really good sized refrigerator. Free parking and free breakfast. Closer parking was reserved for Choice Privilege Members which was nice! There was no safe in the room! I didn't feel comfortable having housekeeping since I had my laptop with me. Internet was on the slower side. Overall it was a good value for what we paid.

I stayed here because of its proximity to Levi's Stadium. It's much cheaper than the other hotels that are close to the stadium. The hotel and the room were clean, the carpets looked new, the staff were nice, and there was a security guard in the lobby at night. I thought the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The rooms have window units for heating/AC and they are sort of loud, if you're not used to that noise it could be something you notice. I don't mind it, it was like white noise to me. If there are people talking and walking by in the hallway you can hear them but I only heard people maybe once or twice. They have free parking, there's a few spots in the front and a lot more around the back. There's also hotel wifi you can connect to. The rooms all come with a fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. There's also an ice machine. There is a pool but it was closed when I went because of COVID. The location is really what sold me, it's right off the freeway and if you are going to Levi's Stadium there is a VTA transit stop (Vienna) that is a five minute walk from the hotel. It doesn't get any easier than that. If you come to this hotel with realistic expectations you won't be let down. There's no mints on your pillow or valet parking but it's got what you need, a clean place to sleep. There's a lot of places that are relatively close to eat too. Overall a great place to stay.

Room is spacious and clean but very outdated. Straight from the 80s. And for the cost of the room, it should have been new. Biggest complaint was when I got off work at midnight ,they have the entrance blocked off, I had to go in and ask them to move cones, then park all the way at the far end of hotel, and walk by myself all the way around to get in the front door because they lock the back door at night. It is not safe. And when I mentioned it to the front desk that I didn't feel safe , he became defensive and argumentive. I was only expressing my safety. I wouldn't stay here again. For the price, u can find much nicer.

Spent the last two nights here while visiting from out of town. The hotel was sparkling clean, and quiet. The staff was so kind and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely come back. Location was very convenient.
