Roami at Sunny Isles

Not so clean, old kitchen, not enough pots to cook in when you have a family. No sheet, pillows or blanket for the bed sofa. Had to wait until next day. Only positive thing was easy to check in and out. Nice pool area and gym on 7th floor. Good location.

I can't do cockroaches! I was willing to accept some wear and tear, fixtures not working properly, window treatments that did not cover the window and a bed that was worn, but roaches - no thank you. I even hoped the roaches were incidental due to weather, then I read another review when I got home that shared a similar experience. The night before our last night, I contacted management to handle a complete mess of roaches under the couch. The couch had obvious stains, but I traveled with my own couch cover. While watching TV, I noticed movement out of the corner of my eye. My husband moved the sofa and the roaches scattered as roaches do when they are exposed. I just always believe places could have a bug or two so thank God I had Raid. This was more than a few roaches. I contacted management who assured me someone would be there to handle this problem, and once again a polite lie no one came. I then had to unpack all of my belongings, wash my things and repack to ensure I did not bring bugs home with me. The experience ruined our trip. The pictures accurately depict the staged rooms, and picturesque views from the rooftop. But they do not show the buggy uncleaned pool, the stained sofa, the broken chair leg at the table, the unbalanced bed with broken slats, the cabinet off the hinge in the kitchen, the gnats that were initially everywhere in the kitchen, nor the uncleaned spillage on the master bathroom cabinet, and they certainly do not show the roach and residue under the sofa! Buyer beware! It was close to the beach. There was free parking and it is close to great restaurants and stores to get raid and cleaning supplies to make the place livable. Perhaps that's the price one has to pay to spend time in paradise!

Loved to stay here. Close to the beach, nice appartment with large balcony.

Everything was clean, comple unit with everything needed available. There was a weird crack on one of the windows.

Roami at Sunny isles is a great place to stay. I had a wonderful stay there with my family. There are lots of businesses within walking distance, a park and also the beach. The area is very nice and safe. We stayed in a three bedrooms two bathrooms condo with a full kitchen and a spacious living and dining room. The view from the pool deck is a postcard picture view with the sea a few minutes away.

In general, it is great!!! The only complaints for future improvements are: one microwave didn't work, one fridge didn't produce ice cubes. We rented two adjacent apartments, so we were able to use the ones that work in the other apartment instead of calling for services. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low, so not gratifying doing the showers.
